The BBC takes another look at Steampunk, visiting a Steampunk party and chatting with fellow guests Herr Doktor, Amanda Scrivener and James Richardson-Brown, who are only too happy to show off their gadgets.
Apparently, "Broadly, steampunk is about re-imagining the Victorian age and creating the appliances, clothes, weapons and lifestyles that might have come about if some present-day innovations had been invented way back when."
Not so bad for someone getting their first introduction to goggles.
